Production schedules will be established and followed by the parties involved. In the event that production schedules are not adhered to, delivery dates will be subject to renegotiation. There will be no liability or penalty for delays due to state of war, riot, civil disorder, fire, strikes, accidents, action of government or civil authority, acts of God, or other causes beyond Screamer Media Pty Ltd’s control. In such cases, schedules will be extended by an amount of time equal to delay incurred. Screamer Media Pty Ltd can not take responsibility for artwork errors resulting from client supplied artwork not conforming to our recommended artwork specifications. Printing errors will result in replacement or refund. We accept electronic artwork from Windows and Mac OS applications, which must be complete with proofs attached. All prices shown include GST, stock and printing. They do not include artwork, typesetting, design, scanning or download. A credit application and / or full or part payment may be requested for new clients. Should you send us your artwork via ftp or email, we require a proof to be faxed to our offices. Please note that printing orders placed online on this website require the submission of complete, “Press Ready” electronic artwork set up in accordance with our Artwork Specifications. Any artwork that is submitted in an incomplete state will require a re-quotation and the print price indicated for the product will not apply. Quotes based on the supply of unfinished art or where new art is to be created are subject to change based upon the viewing of the supplied material. Any authors corrections or additions to artwork will be charged accordingly. Colour DisclaimerGreat care is taken to match colours as accurately as possible. However, a 100% exact colour match is not possible.
